We are excited to announce registration is open for our new School-Age Leadership Journey Series! We also invite you to join us this October at PACER’s 8th Annual Run, Walk, Roll Against Bullying and for trainings about bullying prevention.

Registration is Open for School-Age Leadership Journey Series

Administering a high-quality afterschool program is an awesome responsibility, one that requires specialized knowledge and skills.

  • Perhaps you feel like your education and experience may not have fully prepared you for your current position.
  • Perhaps you are an experienced administrator that struggles to find professional development that truly meets your needs.
  • Perhaps you never envisioned yourself in this leadership role.

Whatever your story, we welcome you to join us for a leadership series designed especially for you!

This series is a cohort learning model for afterschool program staff in supervisory/leadership positions, and other program leaders who are looking to advance their career. It includes a combination of trainings and Communities of Practice (COPs). Both the trainings and communities of practice will be interactive and relevant, designed to match your current professional development needs and goals.

Two cohort options are available, designed to match your current professional development needs and goals. The Building Skills cohort is designed for those newer to their role, and the Realizing Potential cohort is perfect for those with more experience.

Appropriate for anyone who works with and cares for children and youth, options are available for both early childhood and afterschool professionals.
