Call for Presenters
MnAEYC-MnSACA Annual State Conference
March 9-10, 2018

The Minnesota Association for the Education of Young Children (MnAEYC) and the Minnesota School-Age Care Alliance invite you to propose a breakout session for the 2018 MnAEYC-MnSACA Annual State Conference on March 9-10 at the St. Paul RiverCentre.

What are the benefits of presenting?

  • Presenter honorarium (New this year!)
  • Opportunity to present at a premier event with 1,000 early childhood and afterschool professionals in attendance.
  • Enhance your credibility and stature in the field
  • Contribute to your community's expertise
  • Challenge yourself in a new way

Sessions should meet the professional and personal development needs of program directors & coordinators, teachers, and front-line staff. Breakout sessions should present best practices, innovative and evidence-based strategies, research and resources in a variety of topic areas.

We are committed to creating a diverse, safe, and welcoming space for participants to learn and share. We want to make sure we receive conference session proposals from the widest audience as possible, including from you! All workshop proposals are welcome and will be considered.

Submitting proposals is easy! Simply complete the online proposal form here.  Check out the FAQs here before filling out the form, including a new break-out session type!

Deadline Extended: Summer Leadership Institute Sponsor and Exhibitor Opportunities

We’ve extended the deadline to register as a sponsor or exhibitor at our Summer Leadership Institute event on Thursday, July 20 at Normandale Community College.

Sponsorship opportunities offer a beneficial collaboration for companies and organizations seeking a more encompassing alliance with MnAEYC-MnSACA, its members and event participants. You’ll have the opportunity to not only interact with participants of the event, but to access our broader network through brand visibility on our website and in our marketing efforts.

In addition, this event has approximately 120 participants serving in leadership roles in early childhood centers and afterschool programs, allowing for direct access to decision makers through, at the Gold sponsor level, an exhibit table, logo on event signage, a flyer in the folder and more.

We also have a limited number of exhibitor opportunities left.

These opportunities are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The deadline is Friday, May 12.
